Wire Spool Shield
Our Wire Spool Shield protects the spools from contaminants and minimizes the accumulation of dust onto the metalizing wire. Cleaner wire allows the system to run smoother and provides the added benefit of a longer service life for the liners installed in the Front-End Leads.
There is no need to remove the shield during wire spool changes.
The Wire Spool Shield attaches directly to the BRIDGEMASTER® Series spool holder pedestal assembly. It can be adjusted to fit three different sizes of spools (12”, 13.5” and 15”).
